The mocktail with a burn!
When our client Mixoloshe embarked on a viral marketing campaign, they had no idea it would lead to a complete brand overhaul. However, when their series of posts featuring the playful act of smashing cans gained widespread attention, it became clear that a rebranding was inevitable. They turned to YEYE to envision the next evolution of their brand, and from the story of an underdog intern smashing cans to success, Mixoloshe was reborn as SMASHD.
For this reimagined identity, we crafted a bold “SMASHD” wordmark, complemented by custom patterns and illustrations designed to reflect the unique character of each can flavor. In total, we developed visuals for 10 distinct flavors, with the design language extending seamlessly across digital and physical touchpoints, including their website and packaging. We also collaborated closely with printers, ensuring that the production process maintained the integrity of the design across all applications.
